Welcome to Nylen (“we”, “our”, or “the App”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Nylen application, a photo editing and collage creation tool that allows users to combine, crop, and manage images in creative ways.

By downloading, accessing, or using Nylen, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

1. Eligibility

Nylen is strictly intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if we discover any violation of this requirement.

2. Description of Service

Nylen provides tools that allow users to:

• Combine two images with adjustable spacing and proportions

• Create multi-image collages using predefined templates

• Crop and edit images

• Save editing history and previously created projects

We may update, modify, or improve features at any time without prior notice.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of any images or content you upload to Nylen. However, by using the App, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to process your content solely for the purpose of providing App functionality, including editing, cropping, and collage generation.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that:

• You have the legal rights to use any uploaded images

• Your content does not violate any applicable laws or third-party rights

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Nylen to:

• Upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content

• Violate intellectual property rights of others

• Attempt to disrupt or damage the App or its systems

• Use the App for any unlawful or abusive purposes

We reserve the right to remove content or restrict access if misuse is detected.

5. Storage and Data

Nylen may store:

• Editing history

• Saved projects and templates

• Temporary processing data required for image editing

We take reasonable steps to protect stored data but do not guarantee absolute security. Users are encouraged to keep personal backups of important content.

6. Intellectual Property

All App-related content, including design, interface, features, and branding (excluding user-uploaded content), is owned by or licensed to Nylen and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the App without permission.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Nylen at any time, without notice, if:

• You violate these Terms

• You misuse the App

• Required by law or regulatory request

Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Nylen is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that:

• The App will always be error-free or uninterrupted

• All features will function without issues

• Results from image processing will meet your expectations

Use of the App is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nylen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

10. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Nylen after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
